Ahhh circadian rhythms. This is where the woo + the sensible meet in real life.

⏰ Please remember that we *do* have a return to standard time in the United States tonight! "Fall back" one hour tonight.​

No, Congress in all of its discombobulated glory did not pass the official decree to have us stop changing times.

Personally, I prefer standard time because it's more in alignment with our natural circadian rhythm. Daylight saving time literally feels unnatural. So if our elected officials can get 👏 their 👏 act 👏 together (🙏 let us pray 🙏) then I hope it's to stay on standard time.

So, when we talk about systems around here and all of the energetic rhythms around it, you can think of the system of time. How it's an agreed-upon standard-of-practice used by society... whether you love it or hate it, we follow it.

May your business systems be as followed as our seasonal time changes.

Last week in the Sunday extended readings, we talked about the finer energetic nuances of human-to-human in-person connection & interactions.

It's also something that's been coming up all year in the monthly energy updates on my YouTube channel.

What I love about our members of the VIP newsletter list is that sometimes they leave comments and in this case, we had a link popped into the comments & chat about neuroscience research proving the importance of interacting in person.

I've had an online business since 2016 (not counting the content marketing I did as a side hustle since 2010). So when I say I *love* online business, I mean it. That's a lot of years of commitment. 💕

With all of that said, some of the BEST business advice I ever got in my early days was this: "Make sure you're always devoting a small percentage of your time, effort, and energy to in-person networking."

This is why I buy the conference tickets & plane tickets, why I make creative choices like recording podcasts in person, and why I emphasize the importance of connecting with your humanity right now.

If it's been a while, consider remote working in a cafe or library around other humans for a couple hours per week... You *will* notice a difference! Remember that your human life systems always come before all other systems. 👽
