This week, as promised, I've made a case about why you need to spend WAY LONGER in pre-production on pretty much everything. The super sexy stuff like podcasts and YouTube channels has a lot of y'all wasting time, money, energy, and your sanity because you've skipped a lot of steps that save your ass (and wallet) later.

It's about more than branding and story telling, which is what most courses and coaches are selling these days for podcast production. There's a strategy to your systems that helps you produce sustainably for the long term.

Before we do a video on systems for pre-production, let's actually define this thing. What, exactly, is it?? You might have noticed a bit of a trend around here lately. I'm making it a point to clearly define the things we talk about in our business spaces. I see lots of people smile & nod, but when I've asked in private spaces if the person understands what that thing is, they've almost always confessed they don't know.
